Hello and welcome. So this mornings post is to encourage you to be adventurous with your breakfast. I have been innovative with my breakfast lately and thought share this one today.
Here is another nutritious breakfast full of vibrant colours and essential minerals.
For today I have red, yellow and green bell peppers and Shredded Courgette which I tossed in the pan for a bit. I also have diced tomatoes and scrambled eat with chorizo.
And as always I have my greek yogurt with chia seeds, honey, peach, blueberries and Strawberries.
What a good way to start the week. I like how my breakfast has transformed over the months and all this ideas I got from going on one holiday. Sometimes it goes to go away to a different surroundings for fresh ideas.

Hello and welcome to my blog. In the blogpost i have my a week in review. it is long over due i know so i have come to you with some of the meals i have been having for lunch.
This is a Lamb burger and oven baked chips.
This is a salmon salad which as avocado, tomatoes, olives, cucumber and bell peppers.
one of my go to meals when i am bored with almost everything. Salmon and a variety of vegetables.
This is salmon and wholemeal couscous. I mix the couscous in mixed vegetable and asparagus.
Here we have white potatoes with salmon and vegetables.
As you can see i have vegetables in all of these lunches that i have over the past week. This is to ensure that i am getting the nutrition i need from food and as we already know fruits and vegetable are packed with the essential minerals, nutrients and vitamins require for the body to stay healthy.
I strongly believe that if you have a balance diet rich in various vitamins and nutrients you are less likely to fall ill. I choose my ingredients carefully and research on the vitamins i can get from it, if the food item provides no nutritional value then i will have to cut it out of my diet.

Hello and welcome to my blog. This blog is about healthy drinks you can drink and todays star veg is *Cucumber*. When i started my clear skin diet, cucumber and carrot juice were my go to juices. I did my research so i was aware of the nutrition it both provided.
Cucumber is made up of 95% water and therefore is hydrating. It has many benefits to the skin both topical and internally. It has traces of folic acid, vitamin A, B, C and K, to name but a few. Those with dark circles can put a slice or the juice on your dark circle area. The benefits are countless. I can testify that it will contribute to a healthy glowy skin if you incorporate this in your diet; whether eating the vegetable as is or drinking the juice. I battled acne with this juice.
I am also aware you will be getting rid of the fiber part of the vegetable which is good for digestion. You can put it to use by making a facial out of it.

Where to get the juicer
You will need a very good juicer to grind the carrot especially. Argos had an affordable one in their Good Cook range and a few years ago it was not too expensive however you are now looking at spending more than £100 for a good one. I also got one from Asda from £30 however the motor didnt survive however they do have a more expensive ones as well. As mentioned above, to get one with a high watts you are looking at £100. Let me know if you have tried any juicing lately.

Hello and welcome to my blog. I recently blogged about building up my home gym. As the snow has all melted away now, i was very excited to hear that it will be nicer over the weekend but it was not what i saw when i looked out of the window.
It was wet and grey but i went jogging any way. Pic is not clear because i was jogging when i took it
I am assuming it will get better over time during the day. I prefer my jog or run in the morning so i had to go. It was about 5 degrees and drizzling so im sure people in their cars thought i was crazy.
I set out later than i intended to because my fone was low on battery. In total i did 6.68 mile in 1hr 15mins 37 secs. The app stopped after my first lap so had to start again.
I usually do not replace the calories i burn when i go jogging or running. But i will try to replace them going forward.

It is nice to have a nicely shaped body but you need to ensure you are healthy inside because this will show on the outside too.
Take good care of you from the inside. You will have a lot or enough energy to complete a lot of things you need to do during the week. It keeps you motivated.
It is important to do some form of exercise to stay healthy whether it be running, walking or jogging: do something. Healthy living or lifestyle involves your contribution. A lot of sickness can be averted through regular exercise and better eating habits.
