One of my favourite combi for breakfast
Hello and welcome to my blog. Today i am going to share with you my breatfast. It has been a long time since i posted a blog.
This is rice pudding with blueberries, evaporated milk cinnamon and honey. I take in less sugar nowadays as i have replaced it with honey.
This is pretty much my staple breakfast but i switch it up when it comes to the pudding. Other alternatives are yogurt and oats.
This is two boiled eggs, baked beans and two saudages. Eating this regularly helps me maintain a healthy weight
A year ago i tried the weight gainer shakes but it was too sweet due to the sugar content. I switched to having two eats instead to gain more protein the healthy way. I can tell i have gained some weight but not too much.

Hello and welcome to my blog. As always and without fail i try to make my smoothie each week. This is yet another all of 5 a day vitamin packed smoothie with vibrant colour fruits. This weeks smoothie ingredients are as follows:
I have not taken the time to look at the ingredient on the coconut water carton well but i chosen it because other fruit juices tend to have too much sugar in them.
