Hello and welcome to my blog. This week’s smoothie had a bit of a twist. I added avocado for the first time. It does taste any different but obviously you will taste the hint of avocado in it.

This is basically your more than five a day in a glass. I wanted to add kale but could not find one in Asda.

As always they are usually vegetables. I have a lot of this because my skin is very stuborn so i feel eating clean or a balance diet will help. I have done this before so i know it does.

Hello and welcome to my blog. So this weekend i went all italian with my big main meal for the week. I made lamb meatballs and spaghetti with red, yellow and green bell peppers and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. I will share in a later post how i prepared the meatballs, until then enjoy it virtually.

Hello and welcome to my blog. For today’s blog, i am going to allow you to take a peek into what’s in my lunch bag.
Breakfast and lunch all packed up
Every morning, i make my breakfast, lunch and other snack and pack them into my lunch bag. It takes me about 30 to 40 minutes.
Today’s lunch is white rice and mediterranean vegetable lamb stew i made at the weekend. In the thermocafe flask i have my sausage, two boiled eggs and baked beans. I warm the bake bean on fire with a touch of grounded cayenne pepper and olive oil. I also have with me my 5 a day smoothie, a banana, a scone with jam and cream.
Today’s breakfast was greek and natural yogurt, honey, cinnamon and blueberries. I also have two boiled eggs, two sausages and baked beans. I have to eat this way to maintain a UK size 6. The struggle is real.

This way i am aware of whats in my food as i prepared it.

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today i am coming to you with yet another smoothie. I wish i could have a smoothie everyday but we all know fruits tend to be very expensive so once my smoothie finishes i have to wait till my next purchase of fruits for smoothie.
Today or should i say this weeks smoothie ingredient is as follows:

I tend to add cinnamon to almost everything. I have not reason for this i just like the flavour it gives my smoothie. In addition it is high in antioxidant. #Win
Blueberries are known for their high content of antioxidant and thus good for your wellbeing. According to Dr Axe “antioxidants help prevent damage of tissues and cells caused by free radicals, they’re needed to protect against heart disease and stroke.”

Hello and welcome to my blog. I just thought i share my lunch for today with you. The quest to clean eating continues and the items on the menu is as below:
Free Range Chicken
Half tea spoon of mayonaise and bbq sauce
Today’s lunch looks like this. I put the Nandos peri peri sauce in a small container and added a bit of mayonaise and bbq sauce not too much as i do not want it to overpower the salad.
The plan is to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet and eat less processed food.
I have a banana and apple with me so i have fulfilled my five a day today. I also have free range milk natural yogurt and blueberries which i will have later today when i get back to the office from a 30 minutes walk with my team. In due time, i will share the scenery which is a lovely greenery golf course in the UK.

Hello and welcome to my blog post. Last weekend just gone, i went to do a few grocery shoppping for the week ahead. I just thought i share with you what i usually buy when i go grocery shopping.
We usually get fruits at work nowadays however at times it finishes too quick so i still buy fruits for the week just in case i want something to snack on.
I bought some fruits for smoothie and for the week. I also bought the below:
Green delicious apples
Free range eggs
Free range chicken
2 Avocados (1 for a hair mask and the other for guacamole)
Coriander and garlic pita bread
Nandos peri peri sauce
Asda piri piri marinade
I tend to opt for free range or organic meat due to acne problems. I seem to have it under control now. Eating does improve your skin and well being; in addition to exercising of course. I will share anything new i make for lunch and or dinner.
I usually shop for the week or just eat what i have left if i am feeling lazy or whatever i can put together in the kitchen.
