Hello and welcome to my blog. Today’s blog is about food. I have been thinking of switching up my breakfast and possibly cut down on the sausage although it has helped me to gain a few pounds. I put this together with an inspiration from BBC good cook.
All your five a day in your brunch with this mix vegetable scrambled eggs
These are the ingredient you need
– Grounded Black Pepper
– Cayenne Pepper
– Chopped Red onions
– Chopped Tomatoes
– Mix vegetable
– Whisk the eggs and spice together and steam the vegetables if they are frozen.
– Fry the red onions and chopped tomatoes
– Add the steamed veg and fry for about 5 mins on medium heat
– Add the egg mixture stir till its well done
The meal is now ready to be served

This week my meal plan has a flavour and twist to it. I also bought some ingredient for my smoothie, for more details check out my previous post on ‘what’s in my smoothie?‘
I am not sure if i have mentioned this but every morning mostly monday to friday i have a warm water and lemon in the morning to ensure last nights meal has been eliminated. I drink this with a straw for the sake of my teeth.
This week’s meal plan
I have two options:
– Turkey Fajitas
– Lamb, potatoes and vegetables

Hello and welcome to my blogpost. As always i come to you with my ‘what’s in my smoothie’ blogpost.
When you look at the ingredient this time you will know that i am slowly incorporating other vegetables into my smoothies. That is the plan going forward. This week’s guest star is beetroot.
I did not use the cranberry juice in the end, I just used water and it taste great. This discovery will save me a couple of pounds £.
The ingredient is as follows:
– Matcha, wheatgrass, chlorella, spirulina amd green tea
Another 5 a day, vitamin packed smoothie for the week.
I know i have craberry juice in the picture. I totally forgot to get coconut water so i was thinking to use that juice but due to the sugar content, i was a bit reluctant.
What i did was use water in the first blend with a bit more cinnamon to make it drinkable. I tasted the first blend without the juice and i liked it so decided to use water and more cinnamon. Will do this going forward.
Switching it up this time round. I think now that i know it tastes nice with water i will use water. Seeing that some of this fruits already have sugar on them.

Hello and welcome to my blog. I recently blogged about building up my home gym. As the snow has all melted away now, i was very excited to hear that it will be nicer over the weekend but it was not what i saw when i looked out of the window.
It was wet and grey but i went jogging any way. Pic is not clear because i was jogging when i took it
I am assuming it will get better over time during the day. I prefer my jog or run in the morning so i had to go. It was about 5 degrees and drizzling so im sure people in their cars thought i was crazy.
I set out later than i intended to because my fone was low on battery. In total i did 6.68 mile in 1hr 15mins 37 secs. The app stopped after my first lap so had to start again.
I usually do not replace the calories i burn when i go jogging or running. But i will try to replace them going forward.

It is nice to have a nicely shaped body but you need to ensure you are healthy inside because this will show on the outside too.
Take good care of you from the inside. You will have a lot or enough energy to complete a lot of things you need to do during the week. It keeps you motivated.
It is important to do some form of exercise to stay healthy whether it be running, walking or jogging: do something. Healthy living or lifestyle involves your contribution. A lot of sickness can be averted through regular exercise and better eating habits.

Hello and welcome to my blog. As always this blog is well overdue. I started writting and could not get back to finishing it off.
This is the recipies for my chicken.
The ingredient i usually use if i dont make my own which usually include raw galic, onions, ginger black pepper
What you need is a bit of yogurt, black ground pepper, cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt and olive oil. You can add any other herbs you have.
– Mix well in a bowl before that, clean the chicken with lemon to get rid of the rawness.
– Marinade the chicken well with the mixture. Cut some marks in the chicken so the marinade will get in the chicken. I let it marinade over night because i could not be bored to stay awake for it to cook lest it get burnt. 😊
Slow cook in the oven its its cook. I usually leave it in the oven at 100 to 150 for 1hr and cook somemore if need be.

What i bought today for the week and the coming weeks.
This week i have decided to have a variety of lunch. So i bought lamb burgers and burger buns. I also bought some panceta to make an italian-like dish. This weeks meal will be a mixture of salad, burger and chips and tagliatelle.

Hello and welcome to my blog. So this post is about a revisit to a past recipe that a friend introduced me to about 4 years ago.
Orzo is a pasta shaped like rice. You can have it however you please room temperature or warm and obviously you can decide which vegetables to use.
The ingredient i used. I used one whole red bell pepper and half green pepper.
I seasioned and steamed the turkey then fried the red and green bell pepper. When this was first introduced to me it was with pork but i opted for turkey instead. You can use chicken breast if you please.
The final product ith olives and parmasen cheese.
