Hello and welcome to my blog. As you may have noticed I have not been posting about my lunch meals lately. I will be doing this on a weekly basis just to ensure that the post is properly prepared. For now let’s call it The week in review.
For Monday I had potatoes, vegetables and lamb with gravy
On Tuesday I had mix vegetables with couscous and chicken Nando’s lemon and herb sauce
Wednesdays lunch was star shaped sweet potatoes with mixed vegetables and chicken
On Thursday I wanted to have couscous but turns out the cous cous had gone off due to the heat. Preservation issues. So I had vegetables and lamb.
Friday was mix vegetable brown rice and chicken with chilli sauce
I bought organic chicken this time because the free range available was to be on display till Monday. I noticed the taste was slightly different. It was really delicious. Might be due to how I cooked it.
As you can see I am trying to incorporate vegetable at every given chance. I am very strict about having a balance diet while ensuring that I have enough carbs and protein to maintain my weight.
In addition to this I have morning fruits thereby having all the nutrition I could possibly have. So I am basically having more than five a day.
I would also like to invest in a juicer. A good one is very expensive so I am going to save up for that.

This week my meal plan has a flavour and twist to it. I also bought some ingredient for my smoothie, for more details check out my previous post on ‘what’s in my smoothie?‘
I am not sure if i have mentioned this but every morning mostly monday to friday i have a warm water and lemon in the morning to ensure last nights meal has been eliminated. I drink this with a straw for the sake of my teeth.
This week’s meal plan
I have two options:
– Turkey Fajitas
– Lamb, potatoes and vegetables

Hello and welcome to my blogpost. As always i come to you with my ‘what’s in my smoothie’ blogpost.
When you look at the ingredient this time you will know that i am slowly incorporating other vegetables into my smoothies. That is the plan going forward. This week’s guest star is beetroot.
I did not use the cranberry juice in the end, I just used water and it taste great. This discovery will save me a couple of pounds £.
The ingredient is as follows:
– Matcha, wheatgrass, chlorella, spirulina amd green tea
Another 5 a day, vitamin packed smoothie for the week.
I know i have craberry juice in the picture. I totally forgot to get coconut water so i was thinking to use that juice but due to the sugar content, i was a bit reluctant.
What i did was use water in the first blend with a bit more cinnamon to make it drinkable. I tasted the first blend without the juice and i liked it so decided to use water and more cinnamon. Will do this going forward.
Switching it up this time round. I think now that i know it tastes nice with water i will use water. Seeing that some of this fruits already have sugar on them.

Hello and welcome to my blog. I recently blogged about building up my home gym. As the snow has all melted away now, i was very excited to hear that it will be nicer over the weekend but it was not what i saw when i looked out of the window.
It was wet and grey but i went jogging any way. Pic is not clear because i was jogging when i took it
I am assuming it will get better over time during the day. I prefer my jog or run in the morning so i had to go. It was about 5 degrees and drizzling so im sure people in their cars thought i was crazy.
I set out later than i intended to because my fone was low on battery. In total i did 6.68 mile in 1hr 15mins 37 secs. The app stopped after my first lap so had to start again.
I usually do not replace the calories i burn when i go jogging or running. But i will try to replace them going forward.

It is nice to have a nicely shaped body but you need to ensure you are healthy inside because this will show on the outside too.
Take good care of you from the inside. You will have a lot or enough energy to complete a lot of things you need to do during the week. It keeps you motivated.
It is important to do some form of exercise to stay healthy whether it be running, walking or jogging: do something. Healthy living or lifestyle involves your contribution. A lot of sickness can be averted through regular exercise and better eating habits.

– Green Blend of: Organic matcha, wheatgrass, green tea and spirulina, chlorella
– Maca powder

I am no stranger to adding vegetables to my smoothies. In the past the majority of the ingresient were vegetable like broccolis spinach. This time round it’ s 4 of 5 a day.
The cinnamon helped quench the strong taste of the maca ppwder.

As always they are usually vegetables. I have a lot of this because my skin is very stuborn so i feel eating clean or a balance diet will help. I have done this before so i know it does.
