Something different…Mix vegetable scrambled eggs for breakfast

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today’s blog is about food. I have been thinking of switching up my breakfast and possibly cut down on the sausage although it has helped me to gain a few pounds. I put this together with an inspiration from BBC good cook.

All your five a day in your brunch with this mix vegetable scrambled eggs

These are the ingredient you need

– Eggs

– Tumeric

 

– Grounded Black Pepper

– Cayenne Pepper

– Salt

– Chopped Red onions

– Chopped Tomatoes

– Mix vegetable

– Whisk the eggs and spice together and steam the vegetables if they are frozen.

– Fry the red onions and chopped tomatoes

– Add the steamed veg and fry for about 5 mins on medium heat

– Add the egg mixture stir till its well done

The meal is now ready to be served
