Hello and welcome to my blog. I hope you are doing well. This blogpost is a bit late but i guess better late than never.

This week my meal plan has a flavour and twist to it. I also bought some ingredient for my smoothie, for more details check out my previous post on ‘what’s in my smoothie?

I am not sure if i have mentioned this but every morning mostly monday to friday i have a warm water and lemon in the morning to ensure last nights meal has been eliminated. I drink this with a straw for the sake of my teeth.

This week’s meal plan

I have two options:

– Turkey Fajitas

– Lamb, potatoes and vegetables
