Hello and welcome to my blogpost. As always i come to you with my ‘what’s in my smoothie’ blogpost.
When you look at the ingredient this time you will know that i am slowly incorporating other vegetables into my smoothies. That is the plan going forward. This week’s guest star is beetroot.

I did not use the cranberry juice in the end, I just used water and it taste great. This discovery will save me a couple of pounds £.
The ingredient is as follows:
– Beetroot
– Blueberries
– Strawberries
– Kiwi
– Spinach
– Cinnamon
– Maca
– Matcha, wheatgrass, chlorella, spirulina amd green tea
– Water
– Cranberry Juice

Another 5 a day, vitamin packed smoothie for the week.
I know i have craberry juice in the picture. I totally forgot to get coconut water so i was thinking to use that juice but due to the sugar content, i was a bit reluctant.
What i did was use water in the first blend with a bit more cinnamon to make it drinkable. I tasted the first blend without the juice and i liked it so decided to use water and more cinnamon. Will do this going forward.

Switching it up this time round. I think now that i know it tastes nice with water i will use water. Seeing that some of this fruits already have sugar on them.
