Hello and welcome to my blog. Today i am going to share with you my breatfast. It has been a long time since i posted a blog.
This is pretty much my staple breakfast but i switch it up when it comes to the pudding. Other alternatives are yogurt and oats.
A year ago i tried the weight gainer shakes but it was too sweet due to the sugar content. I switched to having two eats instead to gain more protein the healthy way. I can tell i have gained some weight but not too much.
