What’s in my smoothie?

Hello and welcome to my blog. This post is about a delicious power pack five a day fruit smoothie.

The ingredients as as follows:

1 green delicious apple

Blueberries

Strawberries

Papaya

Kiwi

Cinnamon

Coconut water

I wanted to add spinach but changed my mind at the end.

This smoothie is power packed with vitamins and fiber which is good for regenerating  your skin and giving you enough energy to go about your day.
