Today’s lunch looks something like this:

Bulgar

Mixed vegetable

Salmon

A sprinkle of olive oil

I basically boiled water with lamb stock and pour the boiling water in the boil containing the bulgar and covered it to soften.

I then sort of steamed the vegetables and added them to the bulgar.
